Capabilities
- Threshold Monitoring
- You dictate what is the critical/warning levels and tell us how to
handle the situation. We can handle the problem ourselves via
remote administration or onsite visit. We will also call the
company of your choice if you have a preferred vendor.
- Remote Administration
- Allow us to connect to your resources through our Firewall
Services (available June 2002) and we can do most tasks
remotely without incurring the one hour minimum charge for onsite
visits. Remotely, we accrue time at six minute intervals, so you
only pay for how long it takes us to remedy your situation.
- Operating System Updates
- With us monitoring your systems, we can also update your system with
the latest service packs, hot fixes, and security patches as
needed. We can also download the latest patches for your
internal applications and apply them if needed. You don't have
to worry as long as we are watching your network.
Pricing
- Premier Package - $250 per server/month plus setup
- You get complete monitoring of your system with four (4) hours of
included time for proactive or reactive work. Additional hours
can be purchased at $75/hour instead of the typical $100/hour rate, and
hours are cumulative for additional servers. This package
included all the benefits above and includes the Firewall
Services (available June 2002). Remote administration
capabilities allow us to work quickly and efficiently to solve your
problems in a timely manner.
- Extended Monitoring - $150 per server/month plus setup
- You get complete monitoring of your system with two (2) hours of
included time for proactive or reactive work. Additional hours
can be purchased at $85/hour instead of the typical $100/hour rate, and
hours are cumulative for additional servers. This package
included all the benefits. Add the Firewall
Services (available June 2002) to this package for only
$25/month to allow for remote administration which could educe the
time it takes to solve problems without the need for onsite trips.
- Basic Monitoring - $100 per server/month plus setup
- You get complete monitoring of your system with one (1) hour of
included time for proactive or reactive work. Additional hours
can be purchased for $100/hour rate, and hours are cumulative for
additional servers. This package included all the
benefits. Add the Firewall
Services (available June 2002) to this package for only
$25/month to allow for remote administration which could educe the
time it takes to solve problems without the need for onsite trips.
*Hours not used are lost. Setup fee is generally $150 but might change
if situation warrants
